Following on from the unprecedented success at the 2013 Underwater Hockey World Championships, Underwater Hockey New Zealand is now looking to appoint Coaches and Managers for our four age group teams. The Coaches and Managers will be tasked with building on the success of 2013 over the next two years and continue our position at the number one country in Age Group Grades. The 2013 U18 Interzone Underwater Hockey Championships which are to be held as follows: When: Friday 29 November to Sunday 1 December 2013 Held at: Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre, Kilbirnie, Wellington Time: Friday 4.00pm to 10.00pm (gear check / registration from 4pm and first game at 5.00pm) Saturday 7.00am to 10.00pm Sunday 7.00am to 4.00pm with prize giving to follow (poolside) These times a subject to change depending on the number of teams attending The following documents are attached: - Notice of Tournament

The 29th New Zealand Secondary Schools Underwater Hockey Championships were held at West Wave Aquatic Centre, Henderson, Auckland from 28 September to 4 October 2013 and the tournament was a great success with high quality hockey being played in all grades. Congratulations to all players at the tournament for the manner in which they played and a special congratulations to the winning teams who played hard for the honour of best school in each of their grade.
